Alongside our mainstream tutors, we have specialist tutors with experience supporting children with SEND. Many have worked in Special Schools with autistic children and those with diverse needs, while others have proven expertise in helping children with dyslexia.

All our tutors are qualified, experienced teachers who have worked with pupils of varying abilities and needs. We understand that learning experiences for children with SEND must be carefully tailored to support their progress effectively. Our tutors are passionate about providing a personalised approach and building strong, positive relationships with the children they teach.

We understand that home-educated children with SEND may sometimes struggle with self-esteem or feel unsure about meeting new people. Our supportive and personalised approach helps them build confidence in a relaxed and nurturing environment. We create bespoke programmes tailored to your child’s interests, incorporating activities such as board games, baking, DT challenges and computing/design projects to encourage social interaction and engagement. By following their passions, we establish a strong connection before gradually introducing subjects like Maths and English – often through creative, project-based learning. Our goal is to make learning enjoyable, meaningful, and at a pace that suits your child.

We also know that navigating the SEND system can be challenging. Some of our tutors have held SENCO roles in schools and can offer expert guidance to support your child’s SEN journey. We provide consultations and reports as part of our service to help you access the right support.

We are confident we can match your child with the perfect tutor. From Early Years to A-Level, our tutors are experienced teachers, many with senior leadership backgrounds.

For younger learners, we bring creativity and energy to every session, using engaging resources to make learning enjoyable while fostering progress. For older students, we focus on reinforcing prior knowledge, filling gaps, and advancing at a pace that suits them – all while keeping learning fun and effective.
